Lotta's washi tape (and an idea...)

Lotta Jansdotter has her own sets of patterned washi tape. With a huge following in Japan, this makes perfect sense!

Well before seeing these, Glen had the brilliant idea that I should make the UPPERCASE patterns that appear on the magazine spines into washi tape. Wouldn't that be lovely! Is UPPERCASE-y washi tape something that you would like? Let me know in the comments!

Yes please! Always love the patterns on my Uppercase spines (of course, I have no idea how you go about making that happen, but I'm sure there are people who do!).

YES! You would need two rolls for each pattern to get the different colours.

But I would prefer a fabric SPINE TAPE to put on my own books!

YES!! Your designs are so much more sophisticated than most washi tape offerings.

I agree with Benjamin Wright, that fabric Spine Tape would also be incredible! I've just started binding my own books and would use this immediately.

LOVE that idea! I agree with Lisa - more sophisticated!

Yup, for sure

Yes! I love your pattern designs. I use washi tape already for packaging and would love to use yours.

Great idea!!

100,000% yes. I buy washi like it's discontinued on Etsy and wherever else I can, and as someone else mentioned, the choices are limited. I would immediately buy the Uppercase washi, most likely in a large quantity, so that I'd never run out. Beautiful designs!

Ooooh! That would be absolutely fantastic- I would surely buy Uppercase tape if it was available! How cute would it be to decorate gifts and small packages with it?!

Yes I would love it! I agree with Benjamin and Lisa that also fabric tape would be great.

I also think this is a great idea. I use washi tape in the studio just to brighten up the work I'm doing so that'd be kind of a cool bonus since uppercase is another source of motivation for me
